‘STALINGRAD’

WAR OF THE RATS

It is the autumn of 1942 in the city of Stalingrad. The German 6th Army is attacking the main centres of Russian resistance in the city centre. The attacks are unsuccessful so specialist infantry are sent in to take the ‘fortress’ positions; these are the elite pioneers known as Stormtroopers. They are specially trained street fighters and are laden with explosives, close quarter weapons and mines. They are the last hope to capture the city before winter. This new range of 20mm WWII German infantry have been painstakingly researched and handcrafted enabling you to recreate these elite German assault troops. The German Army pioneers headed the attacks that took place during the aggressive; sweeping successful advances that characterised the early German victories during WWII.
